Let’s “Keep Fit”

exercises-99097_640 2Keep fit classes have a profound effect on not only your general fitness but improve your strength and most usefully, your balance. The classes have been running throughout the summer on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11 am to noon (only $3 per session) in our parish hall.  For senior men only, classes are held on Tuesdays 1:30 – 2:00 pm. Our fitness instructor, Kerry Dennie is highly qualified and is so enthusiastic, it is difficult not to enjoy her classes!

For more information you can contact the Church Office office@stgeorgesgeorgetown.com , or speak directly to Kerry on the hour between her classes that run from sunrise to sunset on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
