Jewellery Table
This table is accepting jewellery and also any silk like scarves or small purse/evening bags in good condition. They would REALLY appreciate getting the items at least 2 weeks before the Bazaar as it will give them time to sort and price.
Jams and Pickles
This table is welcoming homemade jams and pickles asking that people identify the item, provide their name and list the ingredients. It is also helpful for display purposes to have the jam/pickle name on the top of the lid. We will be missing a major jam contributor this year and hope individuals will make a little extra for the Bazaar.
Bake Table
This table is very popular and welcomes all kinds of baked items. The team would really appreciate if you would provide your name should there be any questions and label your item. (eg. chocolate Brownies) If possible it would help to have the key ingredients listed as well. (eg. cherry liqueur) Any pre packaging of your baked goods would also be welcomed.
Used Books
This popular table sells a lot of fiction especially paper back Please consider clearing out ones you have read and donate them to the Bazaar. Also they find CD’s and DVD’s along with puzzles are big sellers. Pass your extras along to the Bazaar as well.
White Elephant
Items in good condition from china, small household items, sports items to decorator pieces are asked.to be donated. We can not accommodate big pieces of furniture. If you are unsure if your item is appropriate, please contact the table leaders
Lunch Table
The list of food required by the Lunch table is on the Bulletin Board. Please consider signing up to donate. They need all items by Friday noon..
