This Level 1 class for seniors is very popular on Tuesdays from 10 to 11 am.
Kerry Dennie our fitness instructor runs great classes. We pay $3 per session. The classes are wonderful and are a great benefit to increasing strength and mobility. Bring your own hand weights, 2 to 5lbs..
And now for something new . . . Kerry is now offering Level 2 classes; beginning Tuesday June 21at 11:00 am and Thursday June 23 at 10:30 am.
All classes will continue throughout the summer. Bring your friends too, they don’t have to be Anglican!!
